Greg Grantham (G-MAN) has spent the last 31 years in the broadcasting business. Greg’s love of music started at an early age when he discovered his father’s 8-track tapes. Greg got his first job in radio at the age of 13, working the overnight shift. The rest is radio history. Greg is a collector of Radio and TV nostalgia, collecting original prime time airings of old TV shows from the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s and 80’s. He is also a music buff (goes without saying)…definitely someone you want on your side at a music trivia contest. Greg is the General Manager and Program director. Don Richardson first hit the airwaves in Cookeville, TN in 1985. Before long, his fans were urging him to go somewhere – anywhere – so he eventually ended up in the Peach State. Since 1990 he has called the Middle Georgia area home. As the “old man” on the air at Wolf Country, he has known G Man since he was a mere G Lad and there here has been some speculation extortion played a part in his getting hired. His reply to those allegations? “I would never do anything like that … probably.” |
